March Recipe: Irish Spring Potpourri

Put a little Irish Spring into your bath this month. Try this calming skin soothing potpourri:

Irish Spring Potpourri

  • 1 cup steel cut Irish oatmeal
  • 1 cup of mint leaves
  • 1 cup of dried lavender buds
  • 1 cup of rosemary

Wrap herbs in cheesecloth or cotton flannel, tie off with string. Draw a warm bath and float the potpourri . The oatmeal calms skin blotchiness and redness, while the lavender, rosemary, and mint provide invigorating aromatherapy.
